Another one bites the dust: Natural Land Festival has been cancelled
What goes on behind the scenes at any given festival is enough to make even the most meticulous event planner frazzled. To have to cancel an entire event is essentially asking for a death wish in the volatile world of festival planning.
After announcing a massive festival line-up with NGHTMRE atop the 2018 bill, the folks behind Natural Lands have cancelled their event just days before the festival was set to take place in Arkansas, citing “great errors in judgement” as their reason.
The news came just days after festival organizers announced the cancellation of 7 of their major headlining acts, Arius, Break Science, Bro Safari, EOTO, Downlink, and Must Die! No other reason has been given on the event’s cancellation, although with the news of so many cancelled acts, speculation began swirling over the festival’s financial struggles.
