It’s been almost a full year since The Russ Liquid Test released their seven-track World Gone Crazy EP. Yet, the New Orleans-based trio’s future-forward funk/jazz stylings continues to gain momentum across the live jamtronica scene. Consisting of lyricist/brass frontman Russell Scott, guitarist Andrew Block, and drummer extraordinaire Deven Trusclair, the three have become known nationally for their clean fusion of live instrumentation, psychedelic visuals, and digital sound design.

Now The Russ Liquid Test are gearing up to hit the road on an 18-city run, where they will be joined by Artifkats, Recess, Balkan Bump, Daily Bread, and Papadosio. If you haven’t had a chance to see these guys’ improv-driven live act, which blends elements of hip-hop, liquid DnB, funk, and downtempo, now is your chance to experience their true versatility which knows no generic bounds.

Tickets are available now, here.
