Ultra Miami reveals unrelenting first phase of 21st edition line-up
Surprise, surprise. Ultra Music Festival has just unleashed another monumentally loaded initial line-up for their 21st edition, held at their new home in the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, March 29-31, 2019.
Afrojack, Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, The Chainsmokers, David Guetta, Dubfire, Maceo Plex, marshmello, Nicole Moudaber, Tiësto, and REZZ all return for another year. Rejoining the line-up in 2019 is Adam Beyer, Martin Garrix, The Martinez Brothers, Richie Hawtin, Zedd, and Zeds Dead.
deadmau5 makes a huge double-duty showing at Ultra’s 2019 installment, with the worldwide premiere of his Cube 3.0 and appearance under his Testpilot techno alias. The hottest b2b acts in the industry right now will also take to the stage, including Jamie Jones b2b Joseph Capriati, Sasha and Jon Digweed, and NGHTMRE & SLANDER presents: Gud Vibrations.
Entering into the Ultra arena for the first time are GRiZ, Illenium, Louis The Child, and ODESZA. The entire freshman UMF class will be delivering live headlining sets, which further solidifies industry rumors that 2019 will be the year of live electronic dance music.
With an undercard that includes every notable DJ/producer in the game, one can only imagine what else Ultra organizers will be pulling out of their hats for phase two. All the acts will be breaking ground on Ultra’s inaugural grounds.
