Bad news for anyone traveling to Ultra Music Festival with Eric Prydz at the top of their must-see artists. Considering the coveted Adam Beyer b2b Cirez D was at the top of most attendees lists, this one certainly comes as a blow.

The progressive house icon took to Twitter recently to announce he was canceling three shows: his Pryda set at Wynwood Factory, his headlining Eric Prydz slot at Ultra on Friday, and his back-to-back set with Adam Beyer during the A State of Trance (ASOT) takeover on Sunday.

The announcement comes at a grim time for Eric Prydz, as he explained to fans with vague remorse that he is dealing with an “acute medical condition.”
