The Friday Wrangler: New Music from Tritonal, Öona Dahl, Gramatik & Big Gigantic, Passion Pit & Galantis + many more
Friday in the music industry is the biggest day of the week! Not only does it mark the beginning of the weekend’s many live shows ahead, it also brings a succession of new music from some of electronic music’s most visible artists. This week, there’s just so much good music arriving that we’ve gathered it all together for you in our next edition of The Friday Wrangler.
This week’s Friday Wrangler sees a slew of single releases from Tritonal, Sam Feldt, Mord Fustang, Shaun Frank, and Jason Ross, along with a ton of collaborations. Gryffin and Aloe Blacc release their Avicii tribute, “Hurt People,” which they debuted live together as Coachella. Passion Pit enlists Galantis on a bubbly new track, entitled “I Found You.” Gramatik and Big Gigantic collaborate once again on “Better Believe It Now, Oliver Heldens teams up with Moguai, Zeds Dead and Dion Timmer get together on “Rescue,” plus more.
Finally, the remixes are plentiful with NGHTMRE touching Oliver Tree’s “Hurt,” Dombresky giving LSD’s “No New Friends” a deep house facelift, Nora En Pure taking on Sofi Tukker’s “Fantasy,” and Öona Dahl giving her own Giddyhead collaboration, “Astral Realm,” a soothing Ritual Remix.
