Subtronics releases five-track ‘Wooked On Tronics’ EP via Cyclops
No one could have predicted Subtronics’ vastly growing movement this year. The 2018 rising star has had a monumental 2019 as he drew his so-called Cyclops Army to pack out festival stages at Electric Forest, Lost Lands, and many more. In a short time span, he’s moved from promising breakout talent to main stage feature act.
Showing no signs of slowing down, Subtronics now releases his newest EP, Wooked on Tronics. The five-track project is more than just a clever play on words, but a statement of his creative knack for doling out monstrous bass bangers. Composed of mostly solo original tracks, and one collaboration with Moody Good, the entire EP shows off exactly what Subtronics does well all on his own. After all, he’s already proven his collaborative capabilities with monster tracks alongside Rusko, SNAILS, GRiZ, and one on the way with NGHTMRE.
From wonky wobbles to sharp synth work and explosive bass lines, Wooked On Tronics is the perfect addition to the bass music star’s head-banging discography. Stream the entire EP, out now on Subtronics’ very own Cyclops Recordings.
