Claude VonStroke and his Dirtybird Players are no strangers to throwing epic house parties, with two Chicago editions of the Birdhouse Festival already under their belt. Now, the flock is taking to the west coast to debut their first Los Angeles chapter. The shebang is going down May 9 and 10 at Exposition Park, and while they’ve announced a slew of shows and festivities to begin in March, the boutique festival is standing out with a soaring 2020 lineup.
Naturally, Claude himself is the headliner. Festival goers can also look forward to sets from Bulgarian house superstar KiNK, German producer Roman Flügel, and the super group pairing of Walker & Royce and Ardalan as Escapade. Along with those iconic artists are Catz N’ Dogz, Chicago-based Gene Ferris, Eddy M, and Brazilian up-and-comer Cour T. Rounding out the beautiful mix are techno artist Rebūke, Black V Neck, Wyatt Marshall, and bass inspired Jeniluv.
In addition to stellar music sets, attendees can expect food and drink vendors, street fair games, and dance performances. The event will be 21+ with both GA and VIB (Very Important Bird) tickets already available for purchase.
