Even in quarantine, house music aficionados can always count on the Dirtybird flock to keep the party going. The California-based imprint and label boss Claude VonStroke has announced their biggest live stream venture yet, Dirtybird Live TV. The show will run seven days a week on YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook with content ranging from talk shows and comedy skits to DJ sets and interviews.
Some highlights of the weekly lineup include Claude VonStroke’s Stroke Stream, Justin Jay’s Fantastic Voyage Mystery Box, Worthy Wednesdays, and the Dirtybird Showcase. Claude VonStroke didn’t initially start off 2020 with the intention of taking on such a feat. After all, Dirtybird was gearing up to do a country-wide 15-year anniversary tour. Of course, COVID-19 had other plans for live music.
“I wasn’t having that much fun during the pandemic but as soon as I started working on this project with our team something changed,” says Claude VonStroke on the new live stream venture. “I finally see the opportunity to go wild online and now I’m dedicated to bringing the most insane, fun, and immersive experience for our fans. If we can’t have Dirtybird Campout we can still try to bring that amazing vibe to our people online.”
Dirtybird will also be accepting fan-submitted ideas for future Dirtybird Live TV content. Those looking to submit ideas, view the full slate of programming on Dirtybird Live below, or watch Dirtybird Live can do so here.
