Here comes MYTHM: Rising underground bass star joins the Wubaholics crew with new EP, ‘THE UNDERWORLD’
Following his premiere of the track “ADONUS” with CE, MYTHM has officially dropped off his brooding two-track EP, titled THE UNDERWORLD. The rising bass music artist-to-watch, who also flies under his given name of Mikey Miele, also joins the Wubaholics Collective in the process.
Complete with gritty halftime melodies, nightmarish tones, and a slowly creeping sound design, the EP is full-fledged invitation into exploring the realms between the dream world and the afterlife. Stylistically, it’s filled with creeping measures, foreboding textures, and heavy reverb. Technically, MYTHM said the following to Conscious Electronic of the EP project:
“For this EP, I put together two experimental 140 tracks that are characterized with my signature MYTHM sound and style – rupturing bass lines and in-your-face percussion.”
