Zeds Dead announce monumental ‘Journey of a Lifetime Tour’ celebrating 15 years
Most anniversary tours lean on nostalgia. Zeds Dead are aiming for something much bigger.
The Toronto duo has officially unveiled Journey of a Lifetime, a 15-date North American headlining tour that marks the largest production of their career. Spanning major amphitheaters and iconic venues across the U.S. and Canada, the run promises a full-catalog performance that traces their evolution from early MySpace releases and Bassmentality classics to platinum-certified hits and the cinematic sound of Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness.
The announcement follows days of speculation after cryptic “Summer 2026” teasers surfaced online. Now, fans know exactly where that yellow brick road leads.
Named after one of the very first songs Dylan Mamid (DC) and Zachary Rapp-Rovan (Hooks) uploaded as Zeds Dead in 2009, Journey of a Lifetime carries special meaning for the duo.
“Journey of a Lifetime is one of the first tracks we uploaded… 17 years later, it feels like it was a prophecy,” they shared. “This journey is your journey with us as well. We’ve grown up together and celebrated life… We’re going all out on production, new music, and stage design to bring you a new show that will take you on a magical journey.”
That philosophy has defined Zeds Dead’s career from the beginning. Since emerging from Toronto’s underground bass scene, they’ve built one of electronic music’s most dedicated fan communities through genre-defying releases, the launch of their Deadbeats label, and destination events like their annual Deadrocks residency at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, which has sold out every year since 2014.
Rather than simply revisiting old favorites, Journey of a Lifetime is designed as a celebration of every chapter of the duo’s career, paired with what they describe as their most ambitious live production to date. The tour will feature rotating support from artists including ALLEYCVT, Daily Bread, Deathpact, Dr. Fresch, IMANU, Ivy Lab, Mary Droppinz, Moody Good, and Whethan.
The run includes stops in Toronto, New York, Miami, Austin, Los Angeles, and two already sold-out nights at Red Rocks, with tickets going on sale to the general public on March 12.
For a duo that’s spent more than 15 years constantly reinventing itself, Journey of a Lifetime feels less like a retrospective and more like a milestone before whatever comes next. As they put it, “This is not the end… it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”
