Rita Ora breaks down during emotional Avicii tribute [WATCH]
The news of Avicii‘s untimely death, which has recently been called a suicide by TMZ and Rolling Stone, continues to quiver the global music community. Tim Bergling’s manager, Neil Jacobson, recently spoke on plans for his unreleased music amidst his family’s second released statement alluding to a possible suicide.
Fresh off a sparkling Coachella performance, British singer/actress Rita Ora has now paid tribute to the Swedish-born DJ, where she was seen on camera in a heartbreaking display. The 27-year-old artist choked up on stage before performing their track, “Lonely Together,” for the King’s Day celebration in The Netherlands.
Given the revealing nature of the song’s lyrics, the video captures an especially authentic and wounded performance by a close friend.
