Watch Zeds Dead bring out surprise guest 1788-L during Deadbeats tour
Given the meteoric rise of newcomer 1788-L, it came as unsurprising to Zeds Dead fans when the Toronto-based duo brought out the rising talent on the Dallas leg of their Deadbeats tour. While the identity of the REZZ-collaborator is still largely a mystery, we now know that 1788-L calls Dallas/Ft. Worth his home.
Since debuting his moniker earlier this year, 1788-L’s music has been played on enormous stages by the likes of RL Grime, Seven Lions, and Illenium. Earlier this month, Zeds Dead debuted two new 1788-L tracks at their annual DEADROCKS event in Morrison, Colorado. Now Zeds Dead has brought out 1788-L during their set this past weekend to play one of those unreleased IDs live.
So fans are left with many questions: are the new track IDs collaborations with Zeds Dead? Are they arriving via their Deadbeats imprint? Currently, it seems highly plausible and hopefully an inevitability. The answers should come in due time, especially at the rate in which this enigmatic young producer seems to be releasing new music.
