1788-L announces debut EP and leading single via Deadbeats

Every year, the dance music industry loves to embrace one esteemed young talent on their meteoric rise to fame. If 2017 belonged to Illenium and 2018 to REZZ, then the pendulum seems to have swung in favor 1788-L this year. The Dallas bedroom producer turned hot new artist took the dance community by storm this past spring when REZZ dropped their powerhouse single, ‘H E X,’ while at Ultra 20. Then Zeds Dead dropped unreleased 1788-L while at their Dead Rocks event and even invited him on stage to play with them on the Dallas leg of their Deadbeats tour.

Although his identity is still largely unknown to the masses, the mysterious 1788-L has now announced a debut EP — titled S E N T I E N C E / E P — along with the project’s leading single. Arriving as the first song off the 4-track EP, “F U L L / B U R S T” is set to land this Friday, August 3, via Deadbeats.
