After debuting an extremely personal new single, and revealing his inspiration behind “Take You Down,” Denver-based producer Illenium seems to be following in the footsteps of Martin Garrix and many others. Having just launched the first episode in his new web series “Ignite,” which offers a behind-the-scenes take on Nick Miller’s crazy life as an international touring artist. According to the pilot episode’s YouTube description, “these videos will showcase the beliefs, work ethic, and story that brings depth to the team behind the music.”

Filmed by Nainoa Langer, the 3-minute-long episode chronicles Illenium’s tour stop in Shanghai, as his manager details Miller’s intensive schedule of shows, interviews, meet-and-greets, and more — all before hopping onto a 12-hour flight to London. As the video comes to a close, Miller also explains his personal and professional goal of trying to “reach as many people as possible.”

Miller has certainly got a busy road ahead, including performances at MoonriseElectric ZooExcision‘s Lost Lands Music Festival, and a sold out Red Rocks show.
