KJ Sawka to join Illenium’s AWAKE 2.0 at Red Rocks
To mark his Red Rocks headlining appearance tonight in Morrison, Colorado, Illenium just shared a promo video to garner excitement from his fans. The newly-signed Astralwerks artist will be featured alongside bandmates Said The Sky, Trivecta, Bass Physics, and Toy Box for his live act, AWAKE 2.0.
The most intriguing aspect of Illenium’s newest behind-the-scenes video, which covers all the work leading up to the event, is how it features one new, familiar face in EDM’s most talented drummer. That’s right, KJ Sawka of Pendulum and Destroid will be the newest member of AWAKE

KJ Sawka then confirmed it himself in a recent Instagram post. It’s still unclear whether KJ Sawka will be joining Illenium’s live act as a a one-time appearance. However, the caption on his post reads like the famed EDM drummer is part of AWAKE for the long haul: “Today it begins…”
