Kayzo unveils new label in Welcome Records
Houston-based producer Kayzo has been experimenting with merging styles of happy hardcore, hardstyle, electro, dubstep, and psytrance since he broke onto the scene in 2012. It’s a sound stamp that has earned him high powered collaborations with DJ Snake, Gammer, Carnage, Riot, and many more.
Now he’s creating a place for artists to do just that by launching his own label, Welcome Records. Kayzo took to his Instagram to make the announcement:
“Hey guys, I’m so stoked and proud to announce that @welcomerecs is finally here. I started this record label with the intentions of releasing music from artists that I think are pushing the boundaries and opening new doors musically with electronic and all other styles of music. I’m proud to announce the very first single will be coming in November by some of my closest friends. More info coming soon. For now go follow @welcomerecs for all updates! Thank you all so much. Having previously released music on Firepower Records, Ministry of Sound, Monstercat, and Kannibalen, to name a few, the formation of his own indie imprint seems like a logical next step for the young producer.
