Swedish House Mafia announce reunion tour & first album since 2012

It’s the moment everyone has been waiting for: Swedish House Mafia have made the official announcement regarding their reunion tour’s first stop in their hometown of Stockholm and confirmed new music for 2019.

After weeks of cryptic teasers and informal announcements, the trio has formally revealed they will reunite on May 4, 2019 inside Stockholm’s Tele2 Arena, with more TBA tour dates to come. Tickets will go on sale Friday, October 27.

During a press conference held today, the trio said they “felt it was time” to get Swedish House Mafia back together. They will also be putting their solo projects to bed for the moment to focus on a new album, which they say will sound like “the music of today” while still holding close to the signature Swedish House Mafia style.
