Insomniac unveils staggering EDC Mexico 2019 lineup
For the past six years, Electric Daisy Carnival‘s largest satellite edition has been bringing Insomniac’s world-class production south of the border. EDC Mexico has announced its return to the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, February 23-24, along with a massive roster of headlining talent.
In usual Insomniac fashion, the two-day event truly has something for every electronic music taste. Headliners include Alesso, San Holo, Whethan, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, What So Not, REZZ, DJ Snake, Kygo, Kaskade, and a whole range of Mexican talent. Bass enthusiasts will be delighted to see Excision, RL Grime, Alison Wonderland, Spag Heddi, ETC! ETC!, and Skrillex, who will be coming off back-to-back New Year’s Eve appearances from Snowta and Decadence Arizona.
The lineup also caters to trance enthusiasts, with sets from Aly & Fila, Paul van Dyk, Sean Tyas, and Simon Patterson. Tech and house are also well-represented with Chris Lake, Green Velvet, Oona Dahl, Chris Lorenzo, A-trak, and a whole gaggle of Dirtybird performances from Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin, Dateless, and more.
In addition to the line-up announce, the brand new stereoBLOOM stage will be making its debut at EDC Mexico. Hosted by artists signed to Insomniac Records, this stage will offer festival attendees a unique club-going atmosphere. Additionally, the Mayan Warrior Arena will bring a jungle-like environment with Insomniac’s famed underground art car as the centerpiece.
