DIGITAL ETHOS – Like That

DIGITAL ETHOS has been swiftly rising in the ranks of underground bass music. Born Charlie Quigsby, the South Jersey native already has support from the likes of Liquid Stranger and REZZ. His co-produced track with Bassnectar, “Slather,” has been rocketeering the charts since last year. He’s been hand picked to support Space Jesus on a major US tour. He’s been releasing music on WAKAAN for some time, which have sparked rumors of a larger project some time in the near future.

Adding to fuel to those mumblings is Digital Ethos’ newest track, “Like That,” which the producer quietly released along with caption, “Our work is just beginning…” However, the track is anything but quiet. It’s a grime-induced banger which builds to that very caption over the song’s short lifespan. Clocking in at only 1 minute and 45 seconds, Digital Ethos samples jarring synths, lo-fi textures, and all things weird, experimental, and heavy.
