Pyrdz to unveil his first official remix since 2015

Cue the fever pitch and fan speculation.

For Eric Prydz, it doesn’t take much for him to excite his devoutly loyal fanbase. In a recent tweet, the progressive house mogul stated simply, “Long time since I did an official remix…”

Eight words. That’s all it takes to quell the hearts and minds of thousands all over the globe.

The last official remix Eric Prydz put out was in 2014 with his cut on deadmau5’s “The Veldt.” Another remix would arrive the following year with his unofficial take on CHVRCHES’ “Tether.” With Prydz’s forthcoming remix still largely a mystery, it’s hard to say if he’s in the alpha or omega phases of his next official remix.

Prydz has certainly been busy lately, so it’s hard to imagine when he would have time to cook up a new release. He’s been busy wowing crowds with his tech-leaning Adam Beyer b2b Cirez D stops, which will debut again at Ultra 2019’s Resistance Island. He’s also prepping for the global premiere of his EPIC: HOLOSPHERE production at Tomorrowland 2019.

Whatever the case, the remix very well could arrive at the drop of a hat — and we’ll be here patiently waiting when it does.
