Deadmau5 shares legendary Testpilot set from Electric Forest via Apple Music [MUST WATCH]
Under the popular techno alias of deadmau5, Joel Zimmerman is celebrating the recent launch of his social media accounts for Testpilot in an interesting way. He’s pulled his rare Testpilot set from Electric Forest 2018 out of the vault for everyone’s full viewing pleasure. The release follows a new deal just inked between Dubset and Warner Music, which allows instant copyright clearance for unofficial DJ mixes and sets.
Among the lucky few who were in attendance of Testpilot’s rare Electric Forest appearance, they were treated to an entire 2-hour-long set under Zimmerman’s techno-leaning moniker. Fans can only hope that Testpilot releases more original music beyond his “Sunspot” single, which landed on Richie Hawtin‘s Plus 8 imprint. And with an upcoming performance at Ultra Miami looming, the time might just be now.
