Austin’s Seismic Dance Event to bring Cirez D and TESTPILOT for second annual affair
After a modest first year for Real Music Event’s landmark event, Seismic Dance Event, which took place last year in Austin, organizers have now released a jaw-dropping line-up that has heads turning all over the country. The statement-making second annual event not only seeks to establish Texas as a techno hub, but the 2019 billing reads much like a mini Movement Detroit smack dab in the Texas hill country.
Eric Prydz and deadmau5 will perform under their techno aliases, Cirez D and TESTPILOT, respectively. In addition, techno mainstays Alan Fitzpatrick and Nic Fanciulli join the 2019 bill, with a healthy dose of floor thumping house acts, including Chris Lake, Justin Martin, Nora En Pure, MK, Gorgon City, and many more. With a phase one showing that is nothing short of – well – seismic, one can only imagine what’s in store for the second phase line-up.
