Shlump and LSDREAM’s Universal Wub tour sees stacked Wakaan support
For the Wakaan superfans of the world, LSDREAM is embarking on a tour that the “hardcores” surely won’t be missing out on. The psychedelic bass music artist, formerly known as Brillz, is taking off on his first-ever co-headlining tour alongside fellow Wakkan label mate Shlump. Dubbed the Universal Wub tour, the supporting line-up sees a deep roster of Wakaan and friends talent, including Digital Ethos, DMVU, INZO, Mystic Grizzly, Stylust, Shanghai Doom, and Sayer.
While the LSDREAM project is still new, having just taken flight in 2018, those with a finger on the pulse of experimental bass have taken note of the swiftly rising act. Taking a full 180-degree turn from his TWONK party master personae, LSDREAM signals an entirely transformational turn into conscious bass music. LSDREAM describes himself as “a spiritual being having a human experience,” a statement that shines in the psychedelic experience in all of his music.
Alongside his co-headliner, Shlump will be bringing a full onslaught of his “alien bass music.” Fans can expect rinses from his Wakaan catalog — from his new System Crash EP to his 11-track EP, Voyager of Light, which is a ride through alien glitches and heavy drops. In addition, fans can almost assuredly count on a massive b2b throwdown to go down between LSDREAM and Shlump to top off the whole experience.
The tour is kicking off in LSDREAM’s hometown of Los Angeles before taking off to cities like New Orleans, Chicago, Las Vegas, and many more. The tour starts in October, right after Lost Lands and Wakaan Festival, and runs through the end of the year.
