Stream REZZ’s debut Essential mix on BBC Radio 1
REZZ has developed quite the catalogue since first being spotted by Skrillex and deadmau5 back in 2015. At only 24-years-old, the former mau5trap signee has gone on to develop a massive cult following that lead to two sold-out nights of Red Rocks. With two mau5trap LPs under her belt, along with a string of EPs released on her Rezz Music label, she’s built a sonic resumé around her wildly original sound that can fill hours.
REZZ is also coming off a headlining spot with TESTPILOT at Creamfields this past weekend. For whoever couldn’t travel to the UK for the spectacle event, fret not because REZZ has made her official debut Essential Mix on BBC Radio 1. It’s a seminal moment for any young artist to be invited by Pete Tong on the Essential Mix. Why it took BBC so long to invite her is the more curious matter. REZZ wastes no time on her Essential Mix debut, which clocks in at exactly two hours with 44 all-original records rinsed by REZZ herself.
