Audien taps Jaime Hartman on ‘Reach,’ announces debut headlining national tour

For some time now, Audien has been captivating listeners all over the world with his vocal-led melodic dance cuts. Yet, despite his household name appeal, he’s never had his own headlining tour. That all changes very soon as the artist is about to embark on the next phase in his creative career. Audien is currently gearing up for his next EP release, Escapism, on November 8. He’s already released one track off the forthcoming project, “Buzzing,” featuring Nevve.

Now Audien has made his final track reveal with “Reach,” which taps two-time Grammy nominee Jamie Hartman. The track is a light-hearted melodic number that features production credits from Jamie Hartman, who has produced tracks for Kygo, The Backstreet Boys, Jennifer Hudson, and many more. “Reach” is a weighty representation of Audien’s life at the current time, speaking in opposition to the universal phrase, “the heart wants what it wants.”

Audien had the following to say of the single:

“Sometimes when you write music, or work on a song, the personal meaning is unclear in the early stages, but the meaning comes to life as you near the end of the process. ‘Reach,’ lyrically and emotionally is a clear representation of what I’m going through right now in my life. It’s a tough, transitional time, and I find myself reaching for something that I know is not right, or something my heart wants, but my mind doesn’t. Time will always heal pain, I’m just now embarking on the healing process and this song has helped me rationalize it all.”

To celebrate his Escapism EP release, Audience will be embarking on his very first headlining tour by the same name this month. Featuring a brand new stage design and production elements meticulously selected under his watchful eye, the Escapsim tour will be Audien’s national headlining debut, marking yet another milestone in his accomplished career to date.
