While most mainstream dance-focused festivals strive offer to its attendees a range genres, CRSSD Festival sticks to a niche audience dedicated to house and techno. Given how San Diego has cultivated such a strong scene for those genres over the past decade, the move makes sense. That is thanks in large part to the festival itself, which hosts two show-stopping events every spring and fall.
Curated by FNGRS CRSSD, the 21+ seaside event is now gearing up for its tenth iteration and organizers have unveiled what might be the most jaw-dropping line-up to date. In 2020, CRSSD brings Gesaffelstein, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Chris Lake, Nora En Pure, Patrick Topping, Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, Ben Böhmer, and nearly 40 more veteran and rising acts, with more names to be announced in the coming months.
