MGMT welcomes first single release of the year, ‘In The Afternoon’ [WATCH]

Indietronica rockers MGMT have returned with a new track, “In The Afternoon.” The release marks their first original music since their critically acclaimed album, Little Dark Age, landed in 2018.

The new offering from the psychedelic rock band is accompanied by a self-directed music video and also features on a new limited edition 12-inch vinyl. The B-side will contain another new track titled “As You Move Through The World.” It’s set to arrive in March 2020.

While their last album was released on Columbia Records, the new track arrives first release off of their own independent label, MGMT Records. The 12″ single is available through the band’s online store.
