1788-L plays in front of massive festival crowd

1788-L announces spring/summer 2020 tour dates

Hot on the heels of his deliciously glitchy remix of Madeon’s “All My Friends,” enigmatic mid-tempo sensation 1788-L has released the dates for his spring/summer tour. The 17-date tour can also be read as the Dallas producer’s first-ever headline tour, although the tour poster reads more like a data transmission from a glitchy computer. Such is 1788-L’s online and on-stage persona, as one might deduce.

Either way, it’s a rather large leap for the humble artist as he prepares for another year at some of the continent’s top music festivals. 1788-L did break into the scene a mere two years ago when REZZ delivered their heavy mid-tempo bass collaboration, “H E X,” on Ultra‘s Worldwide stage in Bayfront Park. We even featured him early on in our Rising Bass Spotlight series for a track that would find its way onto his debut EP, SENTIENCE, released on the even-then illustrious Deadbeats Records. The rest is history in the making.

With a slew of headlining dates from Boulder to Portland and Vancouver, 1788-L’s spring/summer tour brings him to major festival stages at EDC Las Vegas, Shambhala, and Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge. Supporting artists have yet to be announced.

Ticket sales begin this Friday, March 13, on 1788-L’s website.
