MUST LISTEN: Seven Lions releases ascendant five-track ‘Find Another Way’ EP via Ophelia

When Seven Lions began rolling out his new EP last month with his first solo original on over a year-and-a-half, fans were already elated and filled with gratitude. When news began surfacing that “Only Now” was the first of a five-track project, they were floating on cloud nine. Now the Ophelia Records head has unveiled his gloriously ascendant Find Another Way EP, out now on his own imprint.

Find Another Way blends beautiful acoustic songwriting and vocal performances, heavy and melodic dubstep, psytrance, piano and trance influences, precisely tuned sound design, and even chill house. From the nostalgic heart-stopper with Au5 and Crystal Skies that harkens back to his early melodic dub days, to collaborations with vocalists from HALIENE, April Bender, and Tyler Graves, the 5-track EP is one that listeners will want to put on repeat as they float off into the skies. It’s also one that fans can guarantee will be heard at Seven Lions’ Chronicles Chapter 3 at The Gorge this summer.

Of course, Seven Lions has been busy over the past year releasing tons of one-off collaborations with Ophelia folks, Illenium, Gryffin, Excision, and Slander. But the new project marks Seven Lions’ first significant project since his previous EP, Start Again, which accumulated over 21.1 million total streams across only four tracks.
