JAY-Z’s TIDAL to offer free live streams from Daft Punk, deadmau5, Kaskade, Beyoncé, and more
JAY-Z’s TIDAL platform brings the concert experience home with their week of free event streams. The stream kicks off Friday, March 27, at noon ET, highlighting the best performances from electronic artists. There’s no announced schedule, but the lineup of Friday’s performers is expected to include top-billing acts like Daft Punk, Cashmere Cat, deadmau5, and Kaskade.
Friday’s feature of electronic artists is part of TIDAL’s 5-day effort to help “people during these challenging times,” according to an official statement. Wednesday and Thursday gave fans 12-hour live streams of Latin and pop music, while Saturday and Sunday of this week bring mammoth lineups from both hip-hop and R&B. Scheduled across the next two days are streams from JAY-Z, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Lil Wayne, and J. Cole, among many, many more.
To access the stream, users must create a free trial on TIDAL’s home page.
