Chlär releases new limited edition ‘Artificial Supremacy’ EP on vinyl and digital
The lesser known but highly underrated Bipolar Disorder Rec. label co-owner, Chlär, has delivered his new Artificial Supremacy EP as the latest release in the label’s vinyl series this summer. With three original tracks and one backed by a remix from fellow co-owners The Chronics, this underground techno EP will take listeners on a hypnotic journey of eclectic textures and introspective leads.
The Berlin-based artist doesn’t hold back with the title track, “Artificial Supremacy,” which opens this EP with a dark, menacing vibe, while “Deeply Rooted In Us” closes it with murky sounds reminding us of far distant galaxies. Midway through, “Consciousness Computation” carries the listener on a melancholic ride of revolving synths and steady powerful kicks. At the moment, the Artificial Supremacy EP is available for order on vinyl only, and the full digital release won’t be available until after the vinyl sells out.
