Flume teases experimental unreleased ID [WATCH]
Born Harley Streten, the artist known as Flume has said previously that he’s working on a new album. So what better way to update his adoring fanbase than giving them a tiny glimpse of what may be to come. The Australian visionary took to Instagram to show off some unreleased snippets while working deep in the lab.
Previewed on his live story, the 15-second ID showcases Flume’s granular synths, robust waveforms, and signature percussion. The new preview reveals Flume is riding the same wavelength for his upcoming project as he was on his Hi This Is Flume mixtape, which was released in March of 2019 and was nominated for a Grammy the following year.
No word has been given on when to expect the new cut, but fans are speculating that it’s soon considering Flume is approximately six months into the making of his new material.
