Alison Wonderland performs live, stripped-back version of ‘Bad Things’ on Capitol Records rooftop [WATCH]
Always oozing with talent from every pore in her body, classically trained musician and Aussie dream girl Alison Wonderland reminds the world of her glowing vocal talent once again. This time, she’s doing it from the top of the infamous Capitol Records building in Los Angeles, where her label is housed. Hoisted over the iconic Hollywood skyline, Wonderland sings her haunting 2020 hit ballad, “Bad Things,” while flanked against sunset colors and a full three-piece band backing her.
The live, stripped-back performance actually begs the question: Is a full band the next big step for the Alison Wonderland project? In any case, the performance can be summed up succinctly in three simple words…
What a trip.

“Bad Things” and its accompanying music video were released back in September ahead of her upcoming third studio album, due in early 2021, although an official release date announcement is still looming. Wonderland did recently confirm her 2021 performance at Red Rocks Amphitheaterin Colorado. Re-scheduled for September 15, 2021, due to COVID killing the live music industry this year, the de-facto show acts as the follow-up to her “Temple of Wonderland” two-night run at the scenic venue in 2019, both of which were sold out well ahead of time.
