Introducing Zingara: Rising bass newcomer showcases her ‘astral trap’ sound, formal film training, & feminine power in music video for ‘The 12th Density’
Here at Conscious Electronic, we love all things bass — breakbeat, downtempo, left-field, experimental, dubstep in all its forms, you name it. As the underground bass movement has begun its full ascendancy in the US, we’ve been keeping a finger on the pulse of up-and-coming bass artists the country over. As such, CE’s Rising Bass Spotlight seeks to shine a light onto the rising producers who’re honing their craft, galvanizing their movements, and attuning eyes, ears, heads, and bodies into all things low end.
Zingara is more than just Tiktok famous. Beyond utilizing her account for promoting her music, the wildly-talented newcomer bass act is doling out the kind of heady, spiritual content that CE can get on board with. As a self-proclaimed medium and spiritual guru, she is also formally trained in film production, where she took skills learned in her college degree program into self-taught music production and learning a slew of DAW programs.
She’s even coined “Astral Trap” as the term to describe her journey-filled soundscapes, which a designed to get her listeners to move into the astral realm on tracks like “Chemical Dreams” and tracks like “Shakuhachi” with AUSTERIA. Now she’s released a stunning homemade music video for one of her latest tracks, “The 12th Density” with ROYALFLU$H and Notorious Nick.
The music video is masterfully-produced, wherein Zingara both stars in and directs cast of females and live snakes, proving her film degree is being put to good use. On the meaning of the track, Zingara explains:
“The 12th Density is the highest vibration a soul can achieve. My goal for this track is to open up my audience to the power of manifesting while also incorporating my love for bass music.”
– Zingara
Clearly, the songs messages of manifestation and vibrational healing abound in this track, with spacey trap elements driving the themes along. We’ve had a close eye on Zingara lately, which is why we’re proud to be featuring the newcomer as a Rising Bass Spotlight artist.
