Yheti is someone who isn’t new to this dance music publication. At CE, we’re constantly enamored by the sense of vision and foresight guiding Tyler Holler’s musical output. From his journeys with brother Toadface and Mt. Analogue as the left-field super-group The Trifinity, whose music centers on conscious, ancient themes shrouded in a cultish satire that makes fun of itself, Yheti displays a sense of intelligence not seen by many. Even Holler’s latest full-length project, The Party Has Changed, which earned him a feature on our Conscious Creators list, sees Yheti issuing a cultural critique on the evolution of the underground bass music scene.

For these reasons—along with his whacky beats, odd-ball personae, unbridled creativity, and singular vision—CE couldn’t overlook recent “Stream Of Inspirations Vol. 4” mix as the next Midweek Mantra Mix. Clocking in at nearly an hour-and-forty-minutes, the mix debuted on a Twitch live stream for Yheti’s fans and it lives on through his SoundCloud page.

One need merely look to the gargantuan tracklist to gain a better sense of Holler’s stream of consciousness mixing style, his bizarre beat work, and his knack for eccentric experimentation.
