The Untz Festival will return in June 2021 at 20 percent capacity
The Untz Festival is California’s premier underground bass gathering. After being forced to cancel their 2020 edition due to the COVID-19 pandemic, organizers of the three-day event are back so say they are returning to Browns Valley, June 4 – 6, in a socially distanced, responsible way.
“Sorry you haven’t heard from us in a while, but for the last year, we have been working diligently with public health and safety officials in Yuba County to figure out how we can best bring artists, fans, and staff to Sycamore Ranch safely and throw an event that prioritizes the health of the community above all.”
– The Untz organizers
The festival will take place at 20 percent capacity with temperature checks at the gates, cashless vendor transactions, free PPE for all attendees, and a sanitation team dedicated to high-traffic areas. As the world begins to open back up, and vaccinations are on the rise, it’s important to keep in mind that national health experts are predicting a fourth wave of the COVID-19 virus to hit the United States this summer, so attending events must be approached with caution and consideration for our fellow humans.
