Subtronics will have the honor of hosting Red Rocks‘ first full-capacity show since early 2020. The iconic outdoor venue situated above the Denver skyline announced last month that the amphitheater will resume operations at 100% capacity (roughly 9,545 patrons) beginning June 21. Until then, the venue is admitting 6,300 fans.
What an honor indeed for the formidable rising force in dubstep. Subtronics announced his newest show concept, Cyclops Rocks, will take place on Tuesday, June 22. Supporting acts have yet to be announced. However, if recent Cyclops Recordings compilations are to be taken as any indication, fans can expect to see the hottest and heaviest dubstep artists opening for Subtronics.
“Headlining Red Rocks has been my number one life goal since the age of 5, and I am beyond honored to be the first full GA show back,” Subtronics said in a statement. “I can not wait to show Colorado what I have been up to during this time.”
Cyclops Rocks tickets will go on sale this Friday, May 28, at 10AM MT.
