Aussie bass aficionado Blanke is kicking off 2022 with his Ophelia return. He’s celebrating with the new heartfelt track, “Stuck On You,” featuring songstress Donna Tella. The track is the first of seven to come from Blanke’s Ophelia Records debut EP, Land Of The Wayfarer. No release date has been revealed as of yet, but this first listen is plenty satisfying for now.

Bringing her raw songwriting experience to the table, Donna Tella delivers a longing love song with hooky lyrics that combine with Blanke’s powerful, euphoric drops and melodies. Blanke’s style has gone noticeably more “sad boy” melodic in recent times and it’s a shift that the Ophelia family and beyond are undoubtedly happy to him embrace. If “Stuck On You” is any indication of what to expect from the EP, then the best is yet to come.

Blanke’s forthcoming EP deliverable follows last year’s run of singles and huge collabs including “One More Day” with Jason Ross, his explosive solo track “Boom” and “Wild & Broken” with Seven Lions and Trivecta.

In just three years since his tidal wave splash into the music industry, JP Orchison has taken the Blanke project from his native Australia to the world. He was booked to play on festivals like Paradiso, Global Dance, Hard Summer, Dancefestopia, and EDC Las Vegas, just to name a few, was a regular on lineups for brands like Deadbeats and Brownies & Lemonade, and was selected as a support act for Illenium’s massive ‘Ascend’ Arena Tour. Most recently, Blanke was announced to play Illenium’s two-night run at The Gorge Amphitheater and Sunset Music Festival.
