Tomorrowland Winter reveals first of inaugural headliners

The folks behind Tomorrowland are gearing up to debut their winter festival edition in 2019. If there’s anything we’ve come to learn from the world’s top grossing dance music festival, it’s that their winter offshoot will be a spectacular (albeit downsized) storybook affair.

Now organizers have released the first phase of headliners in their usual cast of EDM household names, including Armada Music labelhead Armin van BuurenDJMag‘s No. 1 DJs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, dance/pop wunderkind Martin Garrix, and the cake-slinging Steve Aoki. Additional top tier international talent will also grace the bill in AfrojackJoris VoornNervoLost Frequencies, Kölsch, and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano.

Nestled high atop the French Alps, at a luxury ski resort in the small town of Alpe d’Huez, Tomorrowland Winter will take place next year during the ides of March. The venue is celebrated as one of Europe’s most magical resorts, and the folks at ID&T will no doubt transform the locale into a high-altitude winter wonderland complete with world-class stage production.

Tickets will surely go fast as the event will be capped at only 30,000 attendees. That number is a mere far cry away from the 400,000 person capacity festival grounds in Boom, Belgium.

Seven day packages go on sale Saturday, September 8 at 11am EST. Four day packages go on sale Saturday, September 15 at 11am EST. Pre-registration for tickets is happening right now on Tomorrowland Winter’s website.
