Here’s the United States’ top ten music venues, according to Rolling Stone
Whether it’s the gritty club environment of Detroit’s El Club and Austin’s Stubbs or the breath taking outdoors views of Red Rocks and The Gorge, chances are you’ve been to at least a few of Rolling Stone‘s 10 Best Live Music Venues in America. We’re not quite sure why The Gorge didn’t quite make the cut, but the declaration is a “critic’s picks” short list after all.
Whatever the case, the staff at Rolling Stone have dutifully chosen their top selections for some of the country’s top music venues, including Nasvhille’s iconic Ryman Auditorium, the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, and Philadelphia’s famed Tower Theater, to name a few. They’ve certainly attempted to span the full gamut of music venues — from big rooms to intimate spaces to outdoor amphitheaters — providing in-depth excerpts on each along the way.
