Last Friday, Medasin turned many heads with his new dreamy downtempo track, titled “Mr. Skitters.” Although we’ve included it in last week’s Friday Wrangler edition, the track is so good that it deserves its own write-up.
“Mr. Skitters” comes equipped with all the melodic magic on the Dallas-based producer’s debut Irene LP. Characterized by soft, ethereal synths, winding melodies, crisp percussive elements, and captivating low-end basslines, the track takes listeners into a chill, dreamy, and meditative ambient landscape.
