Watch deadmau5 play two new IDs on Cube 3.0

Ever since deadmau5 debuted his first iteration of The Cube 1.0 at Coachella 2010, Joel Zimmerman has dedicated his technological savvy and creative wit to improving the live stage rig. There was a short relapse with the malfunctioning moments that were The Cage in 2015. The result was a return to the legendary Cube, which has gotten steadily larger along the way. Now it will see it’s third life phase come to fruition this month at Ultra Miami.

In lieu of the debut, Zimmerman recently shared himself tinkering with the new Cube 3.0  over Reddit. It appears to be a live rehearsal party in Park City capped at 4,000 people. The video clocks in at ten minutes, with two of his new unreleased songs, “Saturn” (ending around the 5:50 mark) and “Coasted (coming in around the same time). Both new IDs having been played out multiple times over the past few months and are highly likely to see the light of day yet again at Ultra’s 21st iteration.
