Voodoo Music + Arts Experience unveils 21st anniversary line-up with Guns N’ Roses, Post Malone, Bassnectar, and many more

VooDoo Music + Arts Experience has just announced a monumental 21st-anniversary line-up that further solidifies their stronghold as New Orleans premiere Halloween festival. With Guns N’ Roses, Post Malone, and Beck topping the 2019 bill, the Live Nation-produced event returns to New Orleans’ City Park Festival Grounds on October 25-27.

The festival is partly booked by C3 Presents, the Austin-based subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment that runs Austin City Limits and Lollapalooza, so the line-up’s multi-genre appeal hits on all fronts. Also included in the 2019 installation are Bassnectar, Grammy-winning Americana singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile, indie rock band the National, Interpol, Young The Giant, and many more.

Electronic music is also very well represented this year. Among the EDM tastemakers making appearances over the weekend are REZZ, ZHU, Big Gigantic, The Glitch Mob, Snails, Big Wild, Jai Wolf, Opiuo, Peekaboo, k?d, DUCKY, WHIPPED CREAM, Medasin, and more.

VooDoo also features carnival rides, a revamped haunted fright zone courtesy of the Mortuary, and the World Series broadcasted on big screens at the festival’s Brew Dat beer tent. Additionally, an intensified sustainability initiative will see increased biodegradable food ware and composting programs for the festival’s food vendors.

An assortment of three-day general admission and VIP passes go on sale Thursday at 10am CST.
