For those who have been lucky enough to attend an STS9 Wave Spell set can tell anyone its a truly coveted experience. When the live jamtronica band hosted their inaugural Wave Spell Live music festival in Belden Town, California back in 2018, the concept would gain steam as the group brought the four-night event back again this year. Becoming an ultra-rare set of sorts, the band decided to bring Wave Spell to Colorado this past summer when they stopped off on their annual Red Rocks run.
STS9 took over the Denver’s historic Paramount Theatre to kick off three-night run in the Rocky Mountains, dubbed Push The Sky. The set even invited Chris Karns of Pretty Lights Live to play along with the band for a full 30 minutes. It was a night that will be unforgettable for Sound Tribe fans for years to come.
In terms of curated events, next up for STS9 is their Red Caverns Halloween show, which will take place on October 26 and 27.
