Haywyre enlists Kill Paris, Notaker, Cofresi, and more on ‘Panorama: Discover’ remix album [STREAM]

Since cutting ties with Monstercat some time ago, Haywyre had gone through a prolonged period of drought in terms of new releases. That is, until the former Monstercat darling released his Panorama: Discover EP in late 2018. The EP not only marked Haywyre’s first collection of works since his departure from the label, but also his first independently-released project since 2012’s The Voyage.

Now Haywyre has released Panorama: Discover Remixes, calling on artists Kill Paris, Cofresi, Balkan Bump and Low Lite, Notaker, and more for remix duty. The entire remix package is an exercise in high-energy flagrant fun. From Notaker’s glittering synth-infused landscapes on “Tell Me” to Balkan Bump and Low Lite’s horn-led reimagination of “Square One” and Kill Paris’ daringly glitchy take on “Storyteller,” the six-track package is a full-on journey into new sound discovery.

Haywyre’s Panorama project has evolved into three-part EP series, with Panorama: Form landing in early 2019 and another on the way soon. The third EP, which has yet to receive its formal title and release date, is expected sometime during Haywyre’s In Parallel tour with KOAN Sound this fall.
