Watch KAYZO & Sullivan King unleash unreleased collaborative effort at Lost Lands, ‘Domination’
Kayzo and Sullivan King are two names that simply belong next to one another in a title line. Their heavy bass-focused beats, while starkly different in style and stage approach, are so remarkably complimentary that the thought of a collaborative effort makes the face crinkle in bass-face delight. The two have already shown off their true grit together on 2015’s “Till We Die.” Now they’ve unleashed another hard-hitting collaboration crafted for mainstage domination.
During Kayzo’s set at Lost Lands, the Welcome Records label head invited rising powerhouse Sullivan King to the stage to debut their latest joint studio effort for the very first time. The aptly-titled track, “Domination,” which stands as a metaphoric representation of their careers, is tailor made for heavy head-banging. The track roars with rumbling basslines, aggressive basslines, and gritty guitar solos, care of Sullivan King. There’s no official word on the track’s release date, although fans suspect that “Domination” might arrive on Sullivan King’s forthcoming debut studio album, due out October 18.
Since announcing his Welcome Records label late last year, Kayzo has dominated 2019 with loads of collaborations on his sophomore Unleashed LP, featuring the likes of K?d, 1788-L, Yultron, and ARMNHMR, to name a few. Sullivan King has had an equally successful year in terms of breakout releases. The multi-talented artist unleashed an early-on four-track EP as well as a more recent two-track Reckless/Breathless EP, which King says will part and parcel to his upcoming debut LP, Show Some Teeth.
