Illenium‘s massive Ascend tour has gotten off to a truly incredible start since kicking off at Paradiso in June. From the new album songs, live vocals, unreleased tracks, eye-popping stage production, and Illenium’s first time playing the electric guitar, the tour has been captivating crowds and capturing hearts along each stop.
A month into his Ascend tour, Illenium recently touched down in New York City for a sold-out Madison Square Garden show. That’s quite an accomplishment for the 28-year-old melodic bass star, who sold out the historic venue last year as well. Illenium has been catapulted to the commercial EDM spotlight in a mere matter of years, signing with the illustrious Astralwerks under the Capitol Records arm, and fostering an ever-growing fanbase known as the Illenials. The Denver-based producer is poising himself for cross-over success as well, working alongside The Chainsmokers and Excision. Illenium’s next big step is a three-night hometown throwdown at Red Rocks.
