Daft Punk are reportedly in the studio prepping for a possible 2020 return
As perhaps the most-speculated dance music artists in the industry, Daft Punk has not released new music since 2013’s Random Access Memories. Now it appears that the French producers are back in the studio.
According to Has It Leaked, Daft Punk is among many other pop culture icons that are preparing to release new music in 2020. While the news hasn’t been officially confirmed by the Daft Punk camp, the website has a particularly keen track record when it comes to big release predictions. The tweet also reports 2020 drops coming from other notable artists, including Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, Drake, Tame Impala, The Weeknd, and many more.
The news is mere speculation at this point, but it’s the best current predictor for when the legendary duo could be returning to the spotlight. Cue the fan fare.

About the Daft Punk thing. We’ve nailed Gorillaz, Taylor Swift and Eminem in the past. We do have a good track record. That doesn’t mean we know exactly what they’re going to release in 2020.
