Bassnectar NYE 360

Here’s the Bassnectar 360 pre- and post-parties all in one place [UPDATED]

The holidays are sweeping up on the masses and New Year’s Eve is right around the corner. While some dance music enthusiasts will be hitting end-of-year massives like HiJinx, SnowGlobe, Lights All Night, or Decadence, loyal bassheads will be making their annual pilgrimage to the Deep South for a massive, 20K-person takeover. The event of interest is, of course, Bassnectar‘s arena-style gathering, NYE 360, which is set to take place one-night-only in the modest urban landscape of Louisville, Kentucky.

The hallmark event is a largescale homecoming for Lorin Ashton’s loyal legion of cult followers, with drones of fans pouring in at a rate which feels like a traveling circus sideshow. This year, the event sold out in record time, which can only mean one thing: The pre-parties and after-parties are going to reach capacity as well. If past years are any indication, these events always sell out. With an attendance that far surpasses all of Bassnectar’s other year-round events, most people fly in on New Year’s and are out by the next morning.

However, for those staying, CE has compiled a list of every pre- and post-party surrounding Bassnectar’s 2019-2020 NYE event in Louisville—official, unofficial, or otherwise. Also, be sure to keep your eyes peeled on CE‘s Twitter account, because unannounced renegade pop-up parties always get sent out at a moment’s notice.

Pro-tip: The bars in Louisville stay open until 4 am so plan to drink accordingly and party responsibly.

Official NYE 360 Pre-party

With headliners in Jantsen, Stylust, and a Spicybois Takeover, along with early opening acts in Jason Leech and Lancelott, the official pre-party is likely to be a ball. The event takes place at Headliner’s Music Hall, Monday, December 30, from 8pm until 2am EST.

RSVP to the event on Facebook. Tickets are already sold-out, but second-hand tickets may become available outside the venue and/or on the Bassnectar Face Value Ticket Exchange.

Pro-tip: Don’t support scalpers! If the ticket seller is attempting to charge more than face value, then they are likely either a scammer or someone on the outside of the Bassnectar family.

A much smaller-scale event, this unofficial 21-and-up pre-party is where the underground bassheads are likely to be.
