Duck Sauce returns with another house stomper, ‘Get To Steppin’
As the side project of A-trak and Armand van Helden, NYC-based super duo Duck Sauce are making their long-awaited return at Coachella 2020. To prepare for the high-profile set, the two house music producers have begun to build up an arsenal of new tracks to turn the dance floor into a full-on quack attack. First came “Smiley Face” to close out January, which marked Duck Sauce’s first single release in six years. Now comes another disco house stomper with “Get To Steppin.”
Clocking in at six minutes, the instant hit is just what the doctor ordered with its heavy doses of nu-disco elements, funky four-on-the-floor beats, energetic vocal loops, and retro vibe. “Get To Steppin” ventures deep into Duck Sauce’s signature infectious sound and doesn’t let up. Fun and effortless, and completely weightless, this is one track fans can count on hearing in the deserts of Indio Valley and beyond.
Continuing along their 2020 comeback year, Duck Sauce already have a few major festival appearances on the docket over the coming months. The duo will first kick off Ultra Music Festival at DJ Mag’s Miami Pool Party during Miami Music Week, both weeks of Coachella, and Tomorrowland. Take a look at Duck Sauce’s tour dates here.
